What was the highlight of Oaks Sydney North Ryde Suites
It was nice but disappointed by misleading 2 bedroom executive suite
The staff were really nice and helpful. I really liked the upgraded gym equipment.
I booked a two bedroom suite, I expected it to be a two bedroom suite as in 2 bedrooms with a lounge and kitchen and bathroom and laundry but it was a one bedroom suite with everything and then a seperate smaller suite, would have been oker if we had door stops to keep the doors open so it did seem like one big suite but it felt like two seperate suites rather than one 2 bedroom suite. The towels in both suites smelt weird like they weren’t washed and dried properly. The were boogers on the wall in my suite but housekeeping resolved it quickly after I brought it to attention and I appreciated that. I appreciate the thought of the complimentary bottle of wine but neither of us drink alcohol, would have really appreciated a 2l milk instead as those little milk portions are only enough for 1 coffee and we were there for 10 days. The phones in the rooms didn’t work. Last few nights were really hot in bedroom even though I didn’t have the heater on, I think it was coming from room below or above.

Good
Staff are always excellent at the venue .
I received an "upgrade" that was more of a downgrade. It was one of their older rooms to be renovated . Both bedside lamps broken , spills on the walls in the kitchen and a clothes dryer with a near non existent filter . I was a single traveller so the one coffee mug and one glass was adequate.

A great place to stay
Reception staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was available in the cafe downstairs. It was a very comfortable stay. Apartment was very clean and in good condition and quite spacious.
